Deputy for Maritime Affairs and Natural Resources at the Ministry of National Development Planning (Bappenas), Vivi Yulaswati, stated that World Expo 2025 Osaka is an opportunity for countries to share ideas and solutions for a better future. "With the theme ‘Thriving in Harmony: Nature, Culture, Future,’ the Indonesia Pavilion will also highlight the crucial role of business players by showcasing innovative and sustainable solutions developed to address global challenges. We will present not only technological innovations but also creative products and other local potentials with international competitiveness," said Deputy Vivi.

The World Bank's 2021 report revealed that the adoption of digital technology in Indonesia's business sector has seen significant growth, particularly in manufacturing and logistics. Large industries, especially export-oriented ones, are increasingly implementing technologies such as robotics, automation, and the Internet of Things (IoT). The application of these innovations not only enhances operational efficiency but also strengthens Indonesia's competitiveness in the global market. This digital transformation creates new opportunities for the manufacturing and logistics sectors to continue growing in the Industry 4.0 era.

The Indonesian government, through the Ministry of National Development Planning (Bappenas) and various related institutions, fully supports the participation of entrepreneurs at World Expo 2025 Osaka.
